The Octalysis framework is very powerfull and usefull for us in our journey to improve lives of entrepreneurs and farmers, promoting their motivation and making possible cultural transformations. This Framework focuses on 8 Core Drives: Epic Meaning, Accomplishment, Empowerment, Ownership, Social Influence, Scarcity, Unpredictability and Avoidance.
We use other Behavioral Design frameworks like COM-B from Susan Michie, as we promote Human Centered Design projects, understanding how our brain works to be happier and more productive.
